Dispatch

Orders for items that we have in stock are dispatched within 2 working days. Items that are not currently held in stock are marked **OUT OF STOCK** and cannot be placed in your basket. Where possible we will indicate expected re-stocking dates.

Deliveries are made from the United Kingdom and we deliver goods to most countries worldwide. The approximate time of shipment to all European countries is 3-7 days, shipping time to non European countries can be checked upon request.

Returns

In the event that you are not happy with your purchase, please return the item within 10 days, along with the original invoice & packing slip. We will credit your account, or exchange the item for another selection.

In case of returns shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The goods must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled and if possible with the original packaging and labels intact.
